Fletcher is the Arb Manager of Red Squirrel Tree Surgery and holds over 15 years experience within the industry. Having previously worked for many tree surgery companies in London, Fletcher decided to create a company that would be different from the rest.
This would be a company where the people that worked for him were passionate about their work. They would have a great respect and enthusiasm for the industry and held a healthy knowledge about trees. This knowledge would include pests and diseases, fungi in trees, health and safety and the laws surrounding tree work.
